Of course we want you to like our bag! However, if it does not meet your expectations, you can return the delivery within 30 days. Within Germany, we will cover the return costs by sending you a return label. You can then drop off the parcel free of charge at any DPD station.
We send requested labels on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
Would you like to return your order to us outside of Germany? No problem! Please do this within 30 days. The shipping costs are then to be paid by you!
Attention: Even with our SALE offers you can return the bag to us if you don’t like it! Please understand that we cannot bear the costs for the return shipment then!

SOCHA business bags are manufactured with great care. Should there nevertheless be a reason for complaint about a SOCHA bag, please proceed as follows:
Send a photo of the damaged bag by e-mail to info@mobilefashion.com
Short description of the defect
Information on whether a replacement delivery or credit note is required
