your order will be send out with our logistic partner DHL or DPD. The standard delivery time inside the EU is 2-3 working days before you receive your shipment. Shipments outside the EU may take more days!
You will get a notice by mail if there is a delay of your order due to unexpected reasons.
All shipments inside Germany are free house ( no shipping costs )!
All orders will be shipped as insured package! Outside Germany we charge the shipping costs as below. Please be informed that you may need to pay customs fees for shipments to non EU- countries!
Shipping costs to EU- countries: each single parcel up to 2kg 11,50€ ( content: one bag )
Shipping costs Europe outside EU- countries: each single parcel up to 2kg 22,50€
Shipping costs world parcel: each single parcel up to 2kg 22,50€ - >2kg to 5kg 39,50€
