Your ordered items will be delivered quickly and reliably with our contractual partner DPD. In order to be able to guarantee you the fastest possible delivery, we have all items in stock in our own warehouse. Orders within Germany will be delivered within 2-3 working days. In the event of any delivery delays, we will inform you as soon as possible by email. Within the EU, we deliver free of charge! ... and with an insured delivery by DPD. With us there is no minimum order value and no surcharge for small quantities.
we accept all common payment methods! Paying via PayPal is particularly popular and easy. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can also pay by credit card. Payment on account is also possible.
Of course we want you to like our bag! However, if it does not meet your expectations, you can return the delivery within 30 days. Within Germany we cover the return costs by emailing you a return label. You can then hand in the parcel free of charge at any DPD station.
SOCHA business bags are manufactured with great care. Should there be any reason to complain about a SOCHA bag, please proceed as follows: Send a photo of the damaged bag by email to info@mobilefashion.com along with a brief description of the defect. Information on whether a replacement delivery or credit is required

All bags are protected against contamination with a dust bag. We use environmentally friendly, double-layer corrugated cardboard boxes for shipping. The delivery within Europe is handeled by our parcel service DPD.
