Should there be any reason to complain about a SOCHA bag, please proceed as follows: Send a photo of the damaged bag by email to info@mobilefashion.com along with a brief description of the defect. All bags are protected against contamination with a dust bag. We use environmentally friendly, double-layer corrugated cardboard boxes for shipping. The delivery within Europe is handeled by our parcel service DPD.
