Data protection declaration
We appreciate your interest in our website. Protecting your privacy is very important to us. Below we give you detailed information about the handling of your personal data.
Collection, processing and use of personal data
You can visit our site without providing any information about yourself. We store - even if the visit is necessary to newsletters links - only access data without personal references such as
- the name of your Internet service provider
- the page from which you visited us
- the name of the requested file
These data are used solely to improve our service offers and do not allow us to draw any conclusions with regard to your identity.
We collect, store and process your personal information that you submit to us only to the extent required to administrate your order processing, any subsequent warranty claims as well as for internal advertising purposes. Personal data is collected, i. e. when you sign up for a user account, submit an order or sign up to receive our newsletter.
A transfer of your personal data is limited to the extent required to perform the contract and to direct service providers of wardow.com (carriers, logistic partners, financial institutes).
Right to information
The German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) states that you have a right to free information about your stored data, and if applicable a right to rectify, block or delete your personal data.
When you sign up for the newsletter, mobilefashion uses your provided data solely for the purpose of sending the mobilefashion newsletter. Your data are kept in confidence. There is no disclosure to third parties. Only excepted are our partners who are responsible for the technical execution of the newsletter sending. In these cases the amount of transferred data is limited to the minimum necessary. Our data protection rules are in compliance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) as well as the Telemedia Act (TMG).
Cancellation: Cancellation of the newsletter is possible at any time. Your contradiction (and thus the cancellation of our newsletter) can be submitted to us through the provided link in the newsletter or through a respective message.
The sessions (also called session cookies) are deleted when you close your browser.
Google Analytics web statistics
You can also prevent the collection of cookie generated data about your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of these data by Google, by downloading and installing a browser plugin that is available under the following link:https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en
Use of Retargeting
Our website uses retargeting technology. This technology allows us to make our website services more interesting for you. Retargeting cookies are used to record anonymized movement patterns on a website. These patterns are used to tailor banner advertisements to the user’s interests. The data used for retargeting is completely anonymous and is only used for statistical analysis. No personal data is stored and the use of retargeting technology is subject to the applicable statutory data protection regulations. You can opt out of cookies at any time. By settings in your browser, you can prevent that future cookies are stored on your hard drive. Already stored cookies can be deleted as well.
Use of Social Plugins of Facebook, Google+ and Twitter
On our website we use, so-called social plugins ("plugins") of the social networks Facebook, Google+ and the micro-blogging service Twitter ("Provider").
Facebook is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). You will find an overview of the plugins from Facebook here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/
Google+ is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). You can find an overview of the plug-ins of Google here: https://developers.google.com/+/web/
Twitter is operated by Twitter Inc., 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103rd, USA (“Twitter”) You can find an overview of the Twitter buttons here: https://twitter.com/about/resources/buttons
When you visit a page of our website that contains a social plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the provider’s servers (Google, Facebook or Twitter). The content of the plugin is directly transmitted by the provider to your browser and integrated into the page. Through the integration of the plugin, the provider is notified that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a profile at the corresponding social network or are currently not logged in. This information (including your IP address) will be transmitted from your browser directly to a server of the respective provider in the U.S. and will be stored there.
If you are logged in at a social network, the provider can assign your profile on Facebook, Google+ or Twitter directly to the visit of our website. If you interact with the plugins, for example, if you press the "Like" (Facebook) or the "+1" (Google) button, the corresponding information will also be directly transmitted to a server of the provider and will be stored there. The information will also be published on the social network and appear there to your contacts.
If you do not want Google, Facebook or Twitter assign the collected data via our website directly to your profile in the respective social network, you must log yourself out at the corresponding network before you visit our website. You can also use add-ons that completely prevent the loading of plugins for your browser, for example with the script blocker "NoScript" (http://noscript.net/).
Your payment details are encrypted during the ordering process before their transmission. We secure our website and other systems through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification, and unauthorized distribution of your data. However, you should always keep your access information confidential and close the browser window when you have finished a shopping session with us, especially, if you share your computer with others.
